Track My Order
AromaCalm always aim to get your products to you as quickly and safely as possible. If you have experienced any problems with an order not arriving please check the details below;
1. When your product is fulfilled by our warehouse and logistics team you will receive a confirmed email from email@example.com. This email will contain your tracking number.
2. If you have not received a tracking number, please check your junk folder and if it is not there then please contact our customer support team.
3. **Update** - we are currently undergoing a small stock issue meaning that our estimated delivery times are up to 14 working days, but if you have concerns about an order please contact our customer support team.
4. In order to track your package, please use Royal Mail tracking website here entering in the tracking number you were provided on email.
